NARS Taos Blush Review Swatches Photos

After stunning shade like Taj Mahal, Amour, Matahari and Lovejoy, here is another winner from permanent range – NARS TAOS.

The blush is said to be best friend for the women of colour and I agree with that. I love NARS blushes and leave no stone unturned to pick them like I said in my previous reviews.

Shade – NARS TAOS is described as Warm desert rose, on my NC 37 – 40 skin tones it appears a beautiful rosy brown shade with bronze touch to it, there is very fine golden sheen shimmer to it which adds a subtle glow rather than frosty look. The blush is very flattering on all skin tone and something which can be worm with so much ease but with light hand.

Texture – The texture is smooth like typical NARS blush, it is finally milled powder which adheres to skin easily as the brush pick up the product easily due to creamy texture.

Pigmentation – It is clearly visible from the swatches here , it is gorgeously pigmented blush and a light dusting with fan brush is required to get the colour , it is buildable shade and also easy to blend at the same time .

Staying Power – The blush on my oily to combination skin stays for 8 plus hrs and fades very evenly, it doesn’t look patchy at any point of time.

Overall Thoughts

Every time I say this is good, this is best but trust me NARS TAOS is certainly something you should defiantly give a shot and am sure you will enjoy it as much as I do. NARS blushes are housed in rubberized rectangle black pan as you can see plus have a good size mirror which is easy to carry but due to packaging it is prone to catch dust and that’s the biggest con I find them apart from availability factor.
