I’m back with another NARS blush review , I had shared NARS Torrid Blush Review in my previous post and you can read NARS Super “O” and “O” reviews which are already shared in past . When I purchased this blush I only had emotional sentiments, I wasn’t expecting too much out of this shade but surprisingly it came out so nicely and that made me again fall in love with NARs blushes.

Shade – NARS TAJ MAHAL, the name itself is good enough to buy this blush but still if you aren’t convinced let me tell you, this warm toned burnt orange shade which has this stunning golden sheen shimmer is awesomeness overload in pan and equally wonderful looking on cheeks. The shade is very deep and will be best suited on someone above NC 40.

Texture and Formula – The texture is creamy , light weight , little soft and powdery to look at , due to extremely creamy nature I always recommend using a fan brush for a blush like this . I have tried this with basic blush brush and no matter how much light hand I use it always turns too orange, the best application is undoubtedly with FAN BRUSH.

Pigmentation – The blush is packed with pigment and is opaque in one single swipe, I never use a blush brush for this, always prefer a fan brush. It needs a lot of attention and light hand to apply this else you will end up looking like a clown.

Packaging – The black rubberized small compact with mirror on one side and no brush, it is sleek and sturdy but prone to dust. I always keep my brush in protected cover so that they don’t get dirty.

Staying Power – NARS Taj Mahal Blush stays nicely without fading unevenly for 7 – 8 hrs easily and leave behind a subtle peachy orange tint.

Overall Thoughts

If you are someone above NC 40 then please consider buying NARS Taj Mahal Blush, it is so flattering and easy to wear. I don’t wear it that often but trust me this is an incredible blush to own, with super soft creamy texture and the colour that glows, there are only good things to talk about this much raved shade and THE NAME says it all!
