NARS Boys Don’t Cry blush (2100/- INR for 13 gm)

I’m back with another shade of NARS Boys Don’t Cry Blush – which was limited edition launch but few days back I saw this on strawberrynet.com, I picked mine from AMAZON US as it was out of stock quickly. I have shared reviews for Taos, Taj Mahal, Amour, Mata Hari , Torrid and Lovejoy in past, NARS really knows how to nail it and keep its audience hooked and it clearly shows here as well.

Shade – NARS Boy’s Don’t Cry Blush is described as Pink Grapefruit  , it was part of their Pierre Hardy collection which released last year consisting of 2 blushes and other products, this shade is gorgeously beautiful Coral with deep red undertones to it. The pattern which you can see above had golden over spray but lasted for only couple of applications, the blush inside is almost satiny matte and there are no traces of gold in it.

Texture – The texture is very finally milled and easy to build and blend but I would still say it is better to use a fan brush instead of blush brush as the shade is pretty dark.

Pigmentation –NARS boys don’t cry blush is insanely pigmented blush and is opaque in just a light touch of brush, for shades like these or even generally I prefer using a fan brush for flawless application.

Staying Power – NARS Boy’s Don’t Cry Blush stays good for 7 – 8 hrs without fading unevenly on well primed base.

Overall Thoughts

I am really glad to pick NARS Boy’s Don’t Cry Blush , nowhere I can finish this as it is so huge , the regular blushes are 4.8 gms while this is 13 gms , it is complete winner for me , in terms of price , shade , longevity and texture . NARS blushes are one time investment and if you get something which is easy to use nothing beats that. If you are slowly building up your collection you can consider this blush without a doubt.
