Shade- L’Oreal Glamor Fuchsia is a bright purple under toned fuchsia pink. It is a bright and bold shade. The shade is sans any shimmer. The shade is an exact dupe for MAC Flat Out Fabulous. Two more shades Lincoln Rose & Raspberry Syrup from L’Oreal Color Riche Moist Matte Lipstick range have been reviewed before.
Packaging – I really like the packaging of the L’Oreal Glamor Fuchsia Moist Matte Lipstick. It is sturdy and very classy. The metallic rose gold outer cover gives a polished look to the entire product. It has a button in the middle which kind of indicates the shade of the lip colour. The lipstick shuts with a click making is secure and travel friendly. The shade name is provided at the bottom.
Texture & Formula- L’Oreal Glamor Fuchsia Moist Matte Lipstick has a velvety matte finish. It glides on easily without any tugging and pulling. The formula is not hydrating but it is comfortable and light weight. It doesn’t dry out my lips. The shade doesn’t settle in the lip lines. However, it has a tendency to be prone to breakage in hot weather.
Pigmentation- L’Oreal Glamor Fuchsia is insanely pigmented and one swipe is enough for covering lip pigmentation. It leaves a purple-pink stain.
Staying Power- It stays for 5-6 hours on me with a meal included. L’Oreal Glamor Fuchsia Moist Matte Lipstick fades evenly leaving a stain behind which also stays for about an hour.
Overall Thoughts
L’Oreal Glamor Fuchsia Moist Matte Lipstick is amazing. The formula is great. It is velvety matte that isn’t drying. I love the light weight, comfortable feel. The packaging gives a luxurious feel to the lipstick and it is worth the price tag.
The shade is immensely pigmented and I feel that it will suit all skin tones. It provides a good wear time too. It stains a bit so one has to be a bit careful. The shade is a great dupe for MAC flat out fabulous so those who missed it can avail this. Overall, I like the L’oreal moist matte range for the formula, texture, shades and packaging.
