I’m not very fond of black. But this shade of black with glitters fantasized me the most. Also glitter polishes are kind of my weakness. It gives a greyish shade in one coat. I’ve worn to coats and the color is more towards black and silver on it.

I like red color. I have always tried to find a perfect shade of red in glitter. Finally the search is over and here comes – Maybelline Color Show Glitter Mania Red Carpet. Formula is bit thin and looks sheer in single coat. Red Carpet has a pink tone and you don’t get perfect red finish. Color gets opaque in 2-3 coats only.

Also in the last picture I’ve put one coat of red carpet on starry night. The combination looks great to me. Not so sparkling but still a soothing one.

Staying Power & Texture:

I haven’t applied any top coat to check the longevity of the nail polish. But to my surprise, despite being a glitter nail polish Maybelline Color Show Glitter Mania nail polishes stayed for almost 4-5 days without even fading from the corners or the edges of nails. It didn’t feel like chunky glitter formula.

Formula applies evenly and doesn’t take much time to dry. Once set, the glitter doesn’t spread around on your hands or face. It doesn’t look bulky, as if you have put so much of weight on your nails.

Due to less drying time Maybelline Color Show Glitter Mania sets quickly and hence it’s not a runny. Also the textured can be felt, if you keep it without the top coat. The top will also enhance the staying power. But the stay itself is quiet long like 4-5 days. You can buy these from Flipkart
