The Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder Review Price Photos

I am surely going crazy about bronzers lately. There are almost 3 new bronzers in my stash and no matter how much I use, I am sure these will last me years. Well I prefer bronzer over blush for day time events, since they give much softer & natural finish. Also I use them as one of the most important steps in makeup, just to add definition and warmth to my face. I was eyeing The Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder for a long time but since the shade range is limited and I was unsure about the available shades, didn’t not pick it untill last month. During one of the launched the MUA applied this bronzer on me and I really loved how soft & natural it looked !

The Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder comes in round plastic compact with honey comb design, it looks so beautiful ! The case has a full size mirror inside and the bronzer also has honey comb embossed. Quite light weight and sturdy, hence good for travelling.

Shade – I picked the darkest shade 05, which is still not that dark for me. It will be around 2 shades darker than my skin tone, hence works perfectly for everyday use. However I would have loved to have a darker shade for some light contouring, but nevertheless I enjoy Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder thoroughly. It is warm toned but not orange.

Texture & Formula – I prefer matte products whether its base makeup or eyeshadows. Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder is matte and has this soft smooth formula. There are absolutely no fall outs while applying it. I hardly see any powder kicking off and the texture is almost creamy. It applies and blends well with minus efforts. I can see myself using it more than my long time favourite Sephora Bronzing Powder only because of the warm tones and subtleness of this shade.

Pigmentation – As mentioned above the shade is 05, the darkest available option, however it looks natural on me. Which means it may not show up on darker complexions. Which is a bummer because I love the formula and finish.

Staying Power – Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder stays on for good 6+ hours on me. Mostly I apply it over Faces Ultime Pro Mineral Powder which is my go to base makeup product and the bronzer stays on for really good time.

Overall Thoughts

I am really happy that I picked The Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder finally after a lot of contemplation. The formula is soft and smooth with no fall outs. It doesn’t feel chalky or powdery at all. I really like how it warms up the makeup look without looking too cool or warm.
