What it is:
A collection of quality bronzers to create a natural-looking sun-kissed glow on the face and body.

What it does:
These bronzers are formulated with high-payoff micronized pigments, smoothing peptides, and argan oil. The result is an incredibly blendable product that provides a silky-smooth, non-cakey texture. The effect is natural-looking and won’t streak. Each shade is labeled shimmer or matte, so it’s easy to find the exactly the right finish.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
– Parabens
– Synthetic Fragrances

Sephora Bronzing Powder Deep Review Swatches Photos (3)Finding a good bronzing powder was definitely a challenge for me. Even though Clinique Super Balanced Powder Bronzer was doing the job, I needed a slightly deeper shade.I really liked Sephora’s base makeup, however in bronzer they only have 3 shades available. I picked the darkest.

Sephora Bronzing Powder deep is a medium deep brown with warm tones. Its couple of shades darker than my complexion thus works wonderfully to add dimensions. It doesn’t look yellow or orange on me.

Texture of Bronzing Powder is very smooth. It doesn’t feel chalky at all. Its matte so good for contouring, however I don’t use it for contouring. I use it on my hairline and `under cheek bones with a light hand. My forehead is darker than rest of my face and foundations tend to look ashy there, a light sweep of bronzer on edges of forehead does the trick.Sephora Bronzing Powder Deep Review Swatches PhotosBronzer is pretty pigmented and I use Sephora Classic Multi-tasker Brush, it is small thus deposits bronzer on desired areas only. Adding warmth to otherwise flat looking face after foundation application.

Overall Thoughts

I like the formula and pigmentation of Sephora Bronzing Powder. Shade deep is perfect for  medium-deep complexion. It has a matte soft fine texture that doesn’t feel powdery or chalky whatsoever. It adds perfect warmth to my face without looking over the top. Only downside is limited availability of shades. Only downside is that even “Deep” shade wouldn’t go with dark complexions.

Ratings : 4.5/5

For the makeup I have used L’Oreal Nude Magic Foundation, Street Wear Egyptian Blue Eyeliner, L’oreal Lucent Magique Blush Fuchsia Flush  & Revlon Lipstick Berry Couture

and yes, very strange that this is the darkest shade…..I mean come on,this is India, what were they thinking?

This particular shade would be good for light-medium complexions, for those who are dusky, this won’t even show up and they this is the darkest! :O
