Max Factor Experience Weightless Foundation (Rs 950 for 30 ml) available at Nykaa
I am a huge fan of Max factor foundations and this one is the best among all that I have tried.
A word on the foundation:
‘Max Factor Xperience Weightless Foundation delivers a full coverage with a lightweight barely-there feel. The ultra-light breathable foundation goes on smoothly, covers evenly and leaves skin feeling soft and silky. Contains natural jojoba, refreshing cucumber water and rose hip oil. Foundation also features protective benefits of an SPF10.’
Shade – I chose the shade 075 Brown Hessain which suits my skin tone very well.t is slightly yellow toned but leans more towards being neutral.
Packaging –The packaging of Max Factor Experience Weightless Foundation is simple with a black tube having a nozzle. It is sturdy and travel friendly but the tip of the nozzle gets messy as the foundation leftover dries and has to be cleaned again and again.
Texture & Formula – The texture of the foundation is smooth. It is somewhat in between soufflé and liquid. The consistency is thick bit it doesn’t feel heavy. The foundation blends well without leaving any patchy feeling. It is light weight and very comfortable to wear. It has spf 10 which is low but it is an added advantage as it photographs well under flash. Max Factor Experience Weightless Foundation provides matte finish on application which soon gets semi-dewy. It never broke me out or made my skin look super oily. Experience foundation has pleasant fragrance that goes away within seconds of application.
Coverage/Pigmentation –The foundation offers light to buildable medium coverage with 2 layers. It doesn’t feel heavy even after over application, though extra layer will not provide more coverage. Max Factor Experience Weightless Foundation evens out the skin tone, hides minor scars, redness but major acnes, pigmentation marks need proper concealing.
Staying Power – Max Factor Experience Weightless Foundation stays for about 7-8 hours on me.
Overall Thoughts
I am highly impressed by Max Factor Experience Weightless Foundation as the formula is amazing and great for dry as well as combination-oily skin. It makes my face look flawless without making it look cakey. The shade is a great match for my NC 37 skin tone and it photographs well under flash. It is light weight and very comfortable on skin having semi-dewy finish that makes the face look healthy than shiny.
It offers medium coverage and decent wear time. Experience foundation never broke me out neither it clog pores. I highly recommend trying this foundation from Max Factor.
