How to use it:

I use this scrub in my shower. If your skin is firm and healthy, you can use this body scrub up to thrice a week, but if you have sensitive skin then you should limit the use to once a week. Take small amount of scrub at a time and add two- three drops of water to it for easy application. Now, apply it to  your skin and rub it in circular motions for atleast 2-3 minutes. Like this massage the scrub all over your body or the parts that you want to lighten and brighten like arms, legs, knees, elbow, knuckles etc.

Please do not over scrub. Now, rinse it all off with lukewarm water in the shower. Pat dry your skin and moisturize your skin with body oil like almond or oilve oil instead of using body lotion because the pores of you skin are open to absorb oil best. And you are ready to reveal your radiant skin.

Benefits:

Sugar Powder: Sugar is one of the best natural scrub that we have in our kitchen. Sugar contains glycolic acid and alpha-hydroxy acid, which are good to maintain oil balance in the skin and gives healthy and radiant glow to the skin.

Oats: Oats as a natural exfoliator, removes dryness, itchy skin.

Licorice: Licorice has anti-inflammatory properties. It reduces tanning and lighten the skin naturally.

Coconut oil: Coconut oil is a natural skin softener and moisturizer. It can also soften hardened and cracked feets. It nourishes and heal the skin.
