ELF Studio Kabuki Face Brush Review

ELF Studio Kabuki Face Brush ($6) available at iHerbELF Studio Kabuki Face Brush (1)What ELF Says

This new anti bacterial, synthetic haired Taklon brush is softer and more absorbent and can be used with wet or dry products. Be a professional makeup artist and create a flawless look with this e.l.f. studio brush! Our handy and easy to use Kabuki Brushes provide a light to full coverage on your face or body to ensure a flawless finish. The compact brush is perfectly sized to allow for precise and controlled application of bronzer, powder, or a highlighter on your skin.”

Ever since I started using Bobbi Brown Mineral Makuep, I was on a look out for a good dense kabuki brush, to carry in my handbag. I checked at The Body Shop but their Kabuki brush is too high priced. I didn’t like Bourjois Brush so last time while making a purchase online I found ELF Kabuki Brush and am really glad that I purchased it.ELF Studio Kabuki Face Brush (2)ELF Studio Kabuki Face Brush is very dense and light weight dome shaped brush. It comes with a metal handle and Taklon bristles. Bristles are soft and no matter how many times you wash, it doesn’t loose its shape or shine, doesn’t shed or bleed. Bristles remain soft and color intact.

Due to its fluffiness it picks and distributes powder products evenly. I use it to blend blush, bronzer too. It fits in to the handbag easily and good for on-the-go touch ups. As per ELF this brush can be used on wet products, but I doubt that and haven’t tried to do so.

ELF Studio Kabuki Face Brush takes a lot of time to dry completely due to its density. This is one of the best budget products available out there and quality is comparable to high end brushes. Only downside is availablity. ELF products can only be purchased online.

Overall Thoughts

A great product for the price tag it comes with. ELF Studio Kabuki Face Brush has soft dense bristles that sweep and blend powder products easily & evenly. The brush neither sheds nor bleeds. Highly Recommended.

I have two of these .. i simply love them and for that price !! I hate the quality of Indian brushes , absolutely no cheaper brand ( colorbar, oriflame etc) can compare to elf brushes.
