Colourpop Lost Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick Review Swatches Photos

The brand “COLORUPOP” gained rave reviews across internet and possibly everyone has been singing praises for the extensive range they offer with affordable price tag. I was very curious to try them and picked “ULTRA SATIN” range. As my first choice since I love liquid lipstick and if they are little satiny matte. Nothing like that not that I don’t like flat matte look but with this brand I was more keen on trying their ULTRA SATIN range and bang on , this is IT ! I picked Colourpop Lost Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick this time.

Shade – The shade am sharing today was my first pick since I like to play safe and always pick darker shades in which I feel more comfortable. Colourpop Lost ultra satin liquid lipstick  is a warm toned dark red shade with soft velvety feel and look to it. It is very flattering shade and possibly the most wearable shade of RED on any skin tone especially our warm Indian I would add. You can also try Frick n Frack which is perfect everyday shade.

Texture & Pigmentation – The texture of these is very velvety but not runny. It is thick and concentrated and not as light weight as most of the liquid lipsticks I tried in past but still I love Colourpop Lost as the colour is super saturated. The liquid lipstick is fully opaque in single swipe and doesn’t settle in fine lines nor are do they flake. Also they very comfortable on lips. The texture is amazing if you don’t like a flat look in your liquid lipstick, if you do this is not for you.

Staying power – This particular shade last for 6 plus hours on my lips and if I take oily food it starts to fade from inner circle but that is the issue with most of the liquid lipsticks. It is very long lasting if you have lighter meals and non oily food. Colourpop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks Last longer than these.

Overall Thoughts

I have 10 Ultra satin liquid lipsticks from this brand so you can say am totally hooked and highly recommend everyone to give them a shot . They are certainly not easily available here in India but through instagram sellers you can try one of these and see for yourself.
