Makeup sponges make life much easier as it eliminates the use of fingers for applying foundation or concealer. Ever since this baby came home, I have not used my fingers or other brushes for foundation application. This is a much raved product and very famous – Original beautyblender sponge. Many replicas have come out but I still love the Original Beauty Blender a lot as it has been with me for a year.

Quality – The Original beautyblender is soft and does not irritate the skin. It is also not very stiff like the Real Techniques sponge. It blends the foundation and concealer seamlessly into the skin and delivers a flawless finish.
It is with me for a year and I have washed it after every use.I find that stubborn products like Kryolan derma color stains are difficult to remove from the sponge even after soaking and washing. As you can see, the sponge has a little bit of stain but the color has not faded and there has been no wear and tear. It still performs the same way. I have used it both wet and dry. Sometimes I just spray water over the sponge and it helps remove the lines that form under the eyes when you apply concealer.

Overall Thoughts
I have used it with liquids, creams, powder products and it is just one product that you need in life. It is expensive but lasts you a long long time. I already have 2 pieces of The Original beautyblender and would not regret buying more.
