Nivea Fruity Lip Care & Essential Lip Care Lip Balms (Rs 45 each)

I am someone who constantly struggles with dry chapped lips no matter what time of the year it is. During summers they get dry because of excessive hot weather, and during winters they get dry because of the cold weather, so Lip balm is something I never leave my house without. I have hoarded a number of lip balms, from tinted to non-tinted , from expensive ones to affordable , and can call myself a queen of lip balms 🙂 Today I am going to share 2 lip balms that have got their place in my skincare routine and are being used without fail on a daily basis, not to forget – multiple times a day.

Nivea Essential Lip Care Lip Balm , 

from their essential care line, which means the formula would be a power house of moisture. I love the shape of the tip, which is quite rare at the current moment, slanted tip, which oozes out product once you squeeze the tube. This kind of packaging is my favorite one, because you can control the amount of lip balm you want on your lips, also its quite easy to apply. The formula is very moisturizing and I prefer it during night time, before going to bed. A thick layer keeps my lips soft & supple whole next day. Also it has a minty tinling sensation, which felt weird initially, but now I love it, It feels fresh !

Nivea Fruity Lip Care Lip Balm ,

A moisturizing formula with a fruity scent. I really like it and have been using for almost 10 days now. I generally apply lip balms multiple times a day, after washing my face or a meal, whenever my lips feel dry or bare. This one does its job efficiently, I must add.

Overall Thoughts

Both the lip balms are quite affordable as compared to their counterparts. I like non-tinted balms since they tend to be more moisturizing than tinted ones. These two do excellent job in moisturizing the lips, keeping them moist & soft. If you ask me which one I prefer, I would put my finger on Nivea Fruity Lip Care, because of its fruity scent.
