Ever since Jaclyn Hill started talking about how amazing Morphe Brushes products are, I was dying to get my hands on few of them. The challenge was shipping + custom duty , which is what stopped me from ordering any product from Morphebrushes.com, however I spotted this brand on beautybay, which provided free shipping internationally. Since I was ordering from them for the first time, buying only one product seemed liked the perfect idea. I picked Morphe Brushes 9B Blush Palette, which is a beautiful palette with 9 powder blushes.

Shades – Palette has 9 shades, and a mix of shades, from peach to plum to bright burnt orange. you can mix two colors or formulas to make your own shade. I use the last two shades from the first column to create my everyday kind of blush. The palette offers colors which will be good for a variety of skintones.

Texture & Formula – There are both matte & shimmer blushes in the palette. I however chose matte formula for everyday wear. I love the smooth buttery formula of these blushes, that don’t mess the palette with fall outs. Also All the shades are quite easy to apply and blend on the cheeks ! I mean this palette is a steal at this price .. for a blush lover like me, this is a perfect palette. I can very well compare the formula with other high end blushes that I own, the third last shade in the swatch below matches MAC Mocha a lot, hence a perfect color if your complexion is similar to mine. All the shades are soft & nice and no matter whether its a dark or light color , none feel chalky or powdert.

Pigmentation – All the blushes from Morphe Brushes 9B Blush Palette are quite pigmented, especially the darker ones.

In the picture above I have worn the plum shade over highlighter and you can see how seamless it looks ! Only downside is the absence of a brown blush. There are a lot of peaches, pinks & plums in this paletter. However I have seen a bronze palette, and hopefully that will offer a variety of browns/bronze shades.

I haven’t paid any custom duty on this palette and it reached me in 15 days.

Overall Thoughts

I am in love with this palette, in $25.60 you get 9 beautiful shades. The formula of all the blushes from Morphe Brushes 9B Blush Palette is creamy & smooth. Its a perfect palette for those who love blushes and are on budget. Or If you are like me who loves to hoard blushes 🙂
