Shades – Makeup Revolution Ultra Velour Lip Cream comes in 10 shades. I have bought All I Think About Is You which is a beautiful plum shade. I am all about plum & berry shades and buy them blindly just because these two hues go very well with my complexion. This shade looks beautiful and brightens up my complexion.

Texture & Formula – Ultra Velour Lip Cream has formula similar to NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams, though less crumbly. It almost feels like a liquid lipstick, though less runny. Texture is very creamy and soft. It applies evenly and goes on smoothly. Formula feels light and moisturizing on lips however after a few hours lip start feeling dry again (if your lips were dry before application). Best part is that the color doesn’t settle in fine lines. The finish is matte, not a flat matte though.

Pigmentation – Ultra Velour lip cream All I Think About Is You has quite pigmented formula , however one stroke gives medium coverage, which can be built up to opaque finish in 2-3 swipes.

Staying Power – On me it stayed for good 4-5 hours. It leaves a slight stain when the creamy formula wears off.

Its easy to apply on the go because of the doe foot applicator. The color stays on for good 4+ hours and fades into a light stain. Its an easy alternative to NYX soft matte lip creams.
