MAC Pander Me is a part of MAC’s limited edition matte collection. MAC Matte range was mostly sold out in one of the stores, so a friend booked Pander Me ahead, and I got it in the nick of time! I also was eyeing Styled in Sepia, but decided on this one in the end. Some of these colors are still available, and I suggest you grab them before they go out of stock.

Packaging: Same old boring MAC with black and silver. The shade name is written clearly and the package is travel-friendly.

Color: MAC Pander Me is described as a “Soft Peachy Mocha” on the MAC website. I found it to be inclined slightly more towards tan than peach, but not unpleasantly so, if I may say so. In fact, that makes it all the more wearable, especially in office. There is a bit of sheen to this shade when seen in the bullet, but there’s no visible shine to it once the color is applied and it settles down. On my lips it looks more tan than orange, or at least that’s what I feel.

Formula and Texture: The formula is good, and the lipstick glides on easily and gives full coverage. MAC Pander Me sets in after 2-3 minutes. Once set, the lipstick is not very transferable. The formula is neither drying nor hydrating.

Pigmentation: The pigmentation is quite good and I get full coverage in one-two swipes. The color hides any existing pigments on my lips and applies very nicely.MAC Pander Me Lipstick Review Swatches Photos - The Matte Lip Collection (2)Staying Power: The color stays on me for 5 hours easily, and does not flake my lips in any way, which some matte lipsticks tend to do to me. I loved the fact that the lipstick did not make my lips chap like other MAC matte formula lipsticks.

Overall Thought

The texture, formula and color win my heart totally. I wish MAC Pander Me was a part of the permanent range. I just hate the fact that this had a boring packaging, and MAC should really do something to better the packaging now.
