I love the classy golden packaging. The doe foot wand picks appropriate amount of product and its “pointy tip” reaches and coats every curve of the lips easily. I get even product distribution with this wand.

Shades – I am reviewing two shades today – Juliette & Lolita. Loreal Shine Caresse Lip Color Juliette is a beautiful warm toned red color (red with orange undertones), it brightens up the face immediately. Lolita is a mauve shade, its perfect for everyday wear since the tint is very natural and light.

Texture & Formula – Loreal Shine Caresse Lip Color has a lip gloss alike consistency. It goes on smooth and applies evenly. Loreal Shine Caresse Lip Color Juliette doesn’t have shimmers in it and provides glossy finish. Lolita has presence of golden shimmers, but upon application it gives a high-shine finish, and you can’t really notice shimmers there. Formula of both lip colors is highly moisturizing and it keeps lips comfortable through out the wear. Color doesn’t settle in fine lines but yes if your lips are chapped it can look unpleasant by setting in dry patches/ chapped areas. These lip colors are slightly thick but none of them is sticky.

Pigmentation – Both Loreal Shine Caresse Lip Color Juliette & Lolita have difference in pigmentation. Juliette is highly pigmented and covers lips in single stroke, where Lolita needs layering. Even after layering Loreal Shine Caresse Lip Color Lolita doesn’t give anything more than light flush of color, but this is the only color I am reaching out for these days whenever I go out to run errands. It gives right amount of color without looking too obvious.

Loreal Shine Caresse Lip Colors have a tendency to turn dark after 5-10 minutes of application. Lolita turns into a natural pink and Juliette turns into a deeper red color.

Staying Power – Loreal Shine Caresse Lip Color Julette and Lolita stay on for good 5+ hours. both of them survive meals and after sometime doesn’t transfer at all ! Lolita doesn’t leave and uneven.

Loreal Paris Shine Caresse Lip colors are the best budget staining products available in Indian market. These are available in 8 stunning shades so everyone can find shade of their choice. Formula feels moisturizing on lips and stays on for good 5+ hours (varies from color to color). All of the shades leave stain behind so one needs to prepare their lips before applying these, stain can look unpleasant on chapped lips by setting in dry patches.
