Za True White Liquid Foundation (Rs 950 for 30 ml)

Za has recently launched two products in its makeup range – Za Two Way Powder Foundation & Za True White Liquid Foundation. I have tested the former and liked it for under eye area, since it has brightening properties. This one was the most awaited launch for me, I really wanted to try Za True White liquid foundation since their skincare line has impressed me. I was hoping to see some darker shades for girls like me (NC 42 and above) but…
Shade – I was sent the darkest shade in the range O 30 which is infact 1-2 shades light for me. It has yellow undertones and would really suit indian complexion. However the shade is quite light for me and despite being a medium coverage formula, it doesn’t work for me. I like the packaging though.
Texture & Formula – Za True White liquid foundation has a runny formula. It feel quite moisturizing and gives a dewy finish. I have to set it with powder since I am not much of a dew-finish-loving person. It does brighten up the complexion and evens out complexion, however it doesn’t cover blemishes and marks. Foundation spreads and blends easily and is buildable. It doesn’t enhance dryness on my skin and feels really comfortable through out the wear.
Coverage – I would call it a light to medium coverage foundation. It evens out my complexion and hides minor blemishes.
Staying Power – Za True White liquid foundation stays on for good 5 hours on me and than starts fading.

Overall Thoughts
I like the formula of Za True White Liquid Foundation. It feels moisturizing and stays put for good 5 hours. It doesn’t turn patchy or highlight dry patches. Only downside is the shade range, I would have loved to try a shade darker than O3.

I had tried this the day it was launched and had d same issue of shade match..the darkest shade was also slight ashy for me..I found d finish a bit flat though..
