Za Two Way Foundation – True White Review Swatches Photos

Za Two Way Foundation (Rs 550 for refill) available at ShopperstopZa True White Two Way Foundation Review Swatches Photos Dem (2)Brings out the inner glow of skin tone and perfectly covers all the imperfections on your skin. Makes your skin flawless and radiant and create a pearly white finish.

I was in need of a new powder and meaning to try new Za Two Way Foundation. I went to the store and realized that only 3 shade were available and as always I picked the darkest one.

Shades – Za Two Way Foundation is available in 3 shades, however I can see 4 shades on Za Website. It breaks my heart when products that are launched in Indian market don’t come with dark/Yellow shades. All the shades have pink tones, that I realized only after coming back to home. Store’s yellow light is to blame. I picked shade No 32.Za True White Two Way Foundation Review Swatches Photos Dem (3)

Za Two Way Foundation is sold in a refill pack and you have to buy case separately. Which is a good deal for me. What’s the point in making the product too expensive? One can always put it in magnetic palettes or use it out of its plastic pack and keep it back there. However the case is quite nice looking, sleek and chic.

Texture & Formula – The moment SA applied and blended it on me, I was sold. Texture of Za Two Way Foundation is soft and silky. No powdery feel or appearance. It definitely brightens up the complexion. Foundation can be applied wet or dry, and there is a sponge provided to make the application easy for users. I like it as a setting powder since the shade is bit light, using it lightly brightens my complexion, but using it wet makes me look grey ! One thing I liked is that foundation comes with SPF 20 PA+++, which means additional sun protection.Za True White Two Way Foundation Review Swatches Photos Dem (4)Coverage – When used dry it provided sheer coverage. I like it since it doesn’t go away when I sweat in this humid weather. Za Two Way Foundation gives sheer to medium coverage when used wet. It covers blemishes and discoloration easily.Za True White Two Way Foundation Review Swatches Photos Dem (1)Unfortunately no matter how much I like the light weight, brightening effect, pink tone in the Foundation makes me look ashy. I have to use it as sparingly as possible.

Overall Thoughts

If you have neutral or pink undertones or you are NC 40 or below, Za True White Two Way Foundation would be a good everyday product. I like it because of the silky smooth texture of the powder and brightening effect. However I would have appreciated some darker shades with yellow undertones, because India has majority of women with Yellow undertones.

uhoh, why did they do this with the shades! would have been lovely otherwise, coz you rarely get compact refills in India, barring Inglot and chambor…

Saw these at NewU when they were launched, and I hated it because ,thankfully NewU has white lights mostly and, I could see the powder was too Pink..anyway, I am sure many cool toned girls would like it, and thank you for the review…I have had only one bad experience with a Za product so far, the collagen cream, otherwise the brand is surely making some good stuff at great prices..

p.S. Shalini, your skin is so clean.. <3

I wanted to try this product too but I may not now due to the pink tones. I agree foundations with yellow tones goes better with our Indian skin tones. You have good skin Shalini. 🙂
