Shade – Heart Breaker is a bright Berry Pink Shade. This one shade will suit all skin tones.
Texture & Formula – Unlike shade Asia, i found hear breaker on a creamier side. Formula glides on smoothly on lips without tugging or pulling. It feels moisturizing and doesn’t settle in fine lips. Even when it wears off my lips don’t feel chapped or flaky. Due to its creamy formulation it gives a semi matte finish. 
Pigmentation – Heart Breaker is superbly pigmentation and gives opaque finish in single swipe. It covers lip pigmentation in no time.
Staying Power – Contrary to its 8 hour claims, it never lasted on me for more than 4 hours. Creamy formula tends to transfer and thus decreases the staying power. It doesn’t stain lips.
I find Rimmel Lasting finish lipsticks super affordable and their quality is superb. Also they come in almost 10+ shades to choose from
The only negative I could find is availability. Rimmel is available only online or at selected stores like Parcos etc. Some find its scent (bubble gum scent) a little overwhelming, i didn’t find it an issue at all.
Also I am not a big fan on Rimmel Lipsticks except the Kate Moss range. They look cheap but yeah at this price I can not complain much.

Overall Thoughts
A great budget find with great quality. Heart Breaker will compliment all skin tones and at such price everyone should have one. Formula is moisturizing. It doesn’t highlights lip wrinkles or settles in them, also no matter how long does it stay on you, lips would never feel dry or flaky. Negative side would be availability, though it is available at Slassy but getting hold of it is very difficult, since the shade is a hot selling one, it always stays out of stock.
