How I Take It

As per the instruction given on the pack, I dilute one sachet in 1oo ml water. Stir it and consume immediately. Its in cranberry flavour, but doesn’t taste too amazing, but I didn’t feel nauseated either. The formula dilutes quickly and doesn’t leave much of an aftertaste.

My Experience

4 weeks are good enough to show you the results. I am 30 years old , fine lines and dullness are my main concerns. Collagen based products are great to restore skin’s elasticity and firmness. Antioxidants protects skin from environmental damage. My skin looks smoother and brighter than before. I didn’t have blemishes but yes dullness has subsided a lot. Creams and serums take their sweet time in showing results, but Nutrova works from within, hence results are quick.

However apart from taking any nutritional supplements one should never ever ignore the importance of healthy diet. I strongly believe in healthy eating now and hence my skin is better than how it was during my teen years.
