I liked how the pump is sturdy and just dispenses the amount you need. It comes in three shades, i chose Hazelnut Star which is the darkest shade available. Lotus Herbals Nutraglow Tinted Moisturiser hazelnut starTexture of Lotus Herbals Nutraglow Tinted Moisturiser feels like a moisturizer only. Its easy to spread and blend. I like how light it feels on skin. My skin feels hydrated.Lotus Herbals Nutraglow Tinted Moisturiser hazelnut star swatchesIts a tinted moisturizer and claims to cover imperfections on the skin, though i haven’t seen it doing much in that area. Once blended it gives a dewy finish, which might look greasy/ oily on oily to combination skins. I assume that the formula would be a bit heavy for oily/ combination skin.

It didn’t break me out. However being a tinted moisturizer it failed to cover dry patches/ flakiness across face. My nose tip generally stays dry (weird!) and it always highlights that patch more, which obviously looks unpleasant.

That’s how it looks on me, I have only applied Lotus TMDSC07347It hardly concealed anything. I believe girls with acne/ blemishes would not find the coverage satisfactory. I couldn’t judge its staying power since the coverage was negligible + dry patches were visible all the time.

What I liked

  1. Pump packaging easy to use and sturdy.
  2. Light weight formula, spreads and blends easily.
  3. Has Spf 25.

What can be improved

  1. Price, a bit overpriced what it does.
  2. Doesn’t cover blemishes, dark circles or anything.
  3. Looks greasy/ oily after a while if not set with powder.
  4. Only 3 shades available.

Overall Thoughts

In current Indian market when lots of BB creams have launched which provide better coverage in less price, Lotus TM has left me asking for more. Its light weight and blends quickly. Also due to SPF one can get away without using another layer of sun screen, though contrary to its claims, the coverage is almost negligible. For me the biggest drawback is that the formula highlights dry/ flaky skin. It might look give oily/ combination skins a greasy/ oily looks after 2-3 hours of wear.
