We decided to place the order ourselves and this is the process. Log on to Van Heusen MyFit. Please note that My Fit is not a customisation or a made-to-measure solution, despite it having a few customisable features. My Fit is a solution which helps you find the perfectly fitted shirt & trouser.
We placed order on 9th Feb and received a confirmation immediately via email. Shirt was delivered first and then trouser. Whole process took a week.
My husband has broad shoulders and long arms so he opted for custom fit and chose 1 inch longer sleeves. One can also customize collar & cuff designs. For trousers size 35 fitted him perfectly, he customized the length.
