They connect local artisans & designers directly to global customers and thereby increase their livelihood, remove middlemen, help them create/promote their brand and thereby preserve our culture, traditions and values. They believe this journey will not only help artisans of India but also help customers discover and buy products which they otherwise are not able to do today.

I loved the Jewellery section. Every piece looks beautiful. I couldn’t stop myself from buying couple of ear-rings in sterling silver and they were decently priced !!
You can browse through number of categories like Home Decor, clothing, bags, bath & beauty, home furnishings, sarees or directly go to the shops. There is an option on the top-right side of the home page where you can choose from . I must tell you that the collection is HUGE .. when I say huge it means thousands of options to choose from… isn’t it amazing !! You can further narrow down your search by price or type of product.
How to order
You can make payment through net banking/ credit/ debit card. My order reached me in 6 days.
Everything else came into a sturdy box except soulflower soap, it was sent directly be seller.
I loved handwritten note by “Monica”, co-founder craftsvilla.com and the Key Chain they sent as a gift/ token of appreciation.

There is no free shipping and COD on couple of products.
