My love for chocolate is undying. It seems to go or fade away with time. Thus, I end up loving chocolate every now and then. But sometimes my love takes the form of an obsession. And I end up looking for the chocolate in different shapes and sizes. Recently when I was looking for chocolates in makeup and skin care products, my search landed me to shahnaz hussain products. I was pretty amazed to see they have a complete range of chocolate skin care products. And I was beyond happy to see a chocolate face mask. I was literally thinking as to what should I do with this face mask – apply it or eat it and to be sure I thought that I should buy and then find out. What shahnaz hussain claims:

Packaging – The chocolate rejuvenating mask comes in a brown colored medium sized tube. The tube has entire product details mentioned all over it. The tube comes with a flip flop opening which is easy to use. The tube has a tiny hole in the middle which makes it easy for the cream to get dispensed with. The tube needs to be slightly pressed so that the cream comes out. But i have an underlying fear that if the cream is put in pressurized conditions then the cream might all come out accidentally.
Texture – The face pack is thick in consistency and creamy in texture. You need to blend the face pack really well with water to apply it evenly all over your face. The face pack needs some time to dry actually a lot.
My experience – Roughly 15-20 minutes is the minimum time the face pack needs. After drying the face pack needs to be rinsed away with water. Shahnaz Hussain Chocolate Rejuvenating Mask is drying in nature and thus sticks on face once it dries completely. So, be sure that you use a lot of water. Once when the face is rinsed away with water you can witness good and healthy glow on face. But sadly the face pack is extremely drying and immediately after washing my skin started feeling stretchy and dry. A little product lasts quite long enough. So, the entire tube will easily last you for 2-2.5 months even with daily usage.
Overall Thoughts
For a dry skin girl Shahnaz Hussain Chocolate Rejuvenating Mask is a strict no-no. It makes your skin really stretchy and dry. So, i am scared to use it even in summers. But it really gives a good glow. But oily skinned girls can use it easily.
