Review & Experience – Diggin Cafe, New Delhi

How often you get a chance to sit at a nice cosy place with amazing food and beautiful surrounding? Diggin Cafe is very close to my home and I visit it often and really love how its surrounded with trees and greenery, it feels as if I am sitting in the lap of nature.

Decor of the cafe is nice and simple. You will always find it filled with young crowd since its just opposite to Gargi & Kamla Nehru College. I like the liveliness of this cafe with some really cute & interesting decor like hanging flower pots and bird cages..

Cafe has sitting area at the ground, terrace and first floor. Sitting on the Ground floor looks cosier and perfect for family gatherings.

Menu is quite extensive for a cafe. As always we went by the staff’s recommendation.

We were served Strawberry Banana & Begium Chocolate Smoothie & Mojito

Diggin Special Salad, this salad had freshness of green apple, richness from Feta Cheese and crunch from lettuce.

Pan Seared Fresh Fish , I liked the soft flaky fish however it was bit too bland for my taste.

Next was Classic Lamb Burger served with fries, burger was juicy and flavourful. I like how the fries were served in conical container.

The dish I liked the most was Baked Penne, it was cheesy and the sauce was lip smacking finger licking good!

Margherita Pizza

Ravioli filled with spinach, broccoli & ricotta cheese blend. I loved it, ravioli was adequately filled and the sauce was tangy and spicy.

I visite Diggin Cafe around Christmas and it was beautifully decorated. This post took quite a long time to go live because of my Dubai Trip. I can’t wait to go back for Baked Pasta & Strawberry Banana Smoothie 🙂

If you are looking for spending time with friends over some light and delightful food, Diggin Cafe has to be the place.

*Invited to Diggin Cafe for a complementary meal for review purposes.
