I always wanted to have a blush from Dior, to get a feel of High-end blushes. I don’t like it when people say “Oh its good but its expensive”, it will be because its luxury brand ! I have one lipstick from Dior which is one of my favorite everyday lipsticks – Rouge Dior Nude 663 Guipure . I decided to treat myself on my birthday which was in June and picked Dior Rosy Glow Healthy Glow Awakening Blush.

Packaging is lux ! Compact is quite huge with a full size mirror and a applicator, which is not that bad.
Shade – Dior Rosy Glow Petal is a cool toned pink. When I looked at it in the store, I dismissed the thought of buying it immediately, it was only after numerous requests from the executive I let him apply it on my cheeks ! and oh boy, I never expected it to look that good on me ! Despite of being an absolute cool-toned pink, it gave me the most natural flushed cheeks, and I was sold. 
Texture & Formula – I was looking for an everyday blush , so it had to be matte & subtle , and Dior Rosy Glow isn’t entirely matte but the slight silver sheen it has doesn’t show up on cheeks. Its a matte formula with a satiny texture, there is absolute no fall outs in the pan when you pick the product. The blush glides on smoothly and blends instantly. Satin finish gives a healthy glow to the cheeks. 
Pigmentation – I need two applications/ layers of the product on me. If you have a lighter complexion, one layer is all you need. Give it some time on your cheeks and the color warms and darkens up a little, so don’t apply frantically.
Staying Power – Stupendous ! It stays on me for good 9 hours and even then it looked pretty good !
Overall Thoughts
I am super impressed with Dior Rosy Glow Healthy Glow Awakening Blush 001 Petal. A beautiful everyday blush which wouldn’t take up too much of your time in blending and retouching. It gives the most natural flushed cheeks look without looking clownish or overdone. The staying power is amazing as well. I can’t wait to pick more shades from Dior soon.
