Ever since I discovered that my skin is acne prone I only stick to oil-free formulas, be it skincare or makeup. I have always wanted to try Oriflame makeup range but due to unavailability of an agent around me, never actually got a chance to test any. Brand has recently launched its new range of makeup – The One. I will be reviewing two products from the range today.
Oriflame The One Illuskin Foundation (Natural Beige)
Oriflame The One Illuskin Foundation is available in 4 shades and as always I decided to go with the darkest one, which actually is still light for my (NC 42) complexion. Foundation comes in a nice glass bottle with a pump. I love pump packagings.
Formula is very light weight and goes on quite smoothly. I need two pumps for entire face. It spreads evenly and blends nicely, also it sets in some time so you get enough time to work around and buff it into your skin. Once set it does’t feel sticky or shiny.
Natural Beige has yellow undertones hence it will work for Indian complexion well , however shade range is very limited. The one I have received is 2-3 shades lighter than what I would normally wear. So for darker complexions there isn’t much choice available.
Like its name Oriflame Illuskin Foundation does provide slightly luminous finish. It gives illusion of glowing healthy skin. Foundation provides medium coverage. I have applied one layer of the illuskin foundation in the below picture and it has evened out my complexion.
Staying power is decent too. On my dry skin without a primer it stays on for good 6+ hours. It doesn’t turn patchy however if you have dry skin make sure to moisturise it nicely otherwise dry patches will get accentuated. 
I tried to make the shade work using a Bronzer however it looks slightly ashy around my mouth. For my eyemakeup I have used Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 Palette
Overall Thoughts
Oriflame The One Illuskin Foundation is light weight and provides medium coverage. Its good for everyday wear since it doesn’t turn patchy throughout the wear. Finish is satiny and gives the illusion of glowing skin. Only downside for me is the limited shade range.

the foundation has brightened up ur skin tone..but yeah it looks wee bit ashy around the mouth area.I am liking the packaging of the products.This time Oriflame has put an effort which is great.I am also trying some products from this range and so far loving them!!
