L’Oreal Carmin St Germain, Red Passion, Perfect Red, Cocoricco Lipstick Review

L’Oreal has recently celebrated 30 years of Color Riche and has over 90 shades available in this range covering all the hues. I love the packaging & formula of L’Oreal Color Riche lipsticks. I have reviewed couple of shades from this range before as well, and now I am going to talk about 4 more of them – Carmin St Germain, Red Passion, Perfect Red, Cocoricco

Packaging is simple golden case which looks elegant and classy. Cap locks securely in place and doesn’t move even if you throw them in your bag. Each lipstick has its name & number written on the bottom. Only issue is that when you try to peel off the sticker, it takes off the golden coating on the lipstick, which obviously looks bad. Brand should do something about it because it happened with all the shades that I had from this range.

Shade – I have L’Oreal Color Riche lipstick  Carmin St Germain, Red Passion, Perfect Red, Cocoricco. All are different shades of red. Carmin St Germain & Red Passion are deep red, Perfect Red is an orange based red with shimmer. Cocoricco, a beautiful deep matte red, my favorite shade these days.

Texture & Formula – L’Oreal Color Riche Lipsticks are knows for their superbly creamy texture which feels luxurious on the lips. All the shades including the matte one are a pleasure to work with. Soft & buttery formula glides on the lips without tugging or pulling. Perfect Red has golden shimmers, which is fine and doesn’t feel gritty on the lips. Cocoricco has a matte finish , but doesn’t dry out the lips.

Pigmentation – All the 4 shades are amazingly pigmented , only Perfect Red needs more layering since the color is lightest of all the 4. L’Oreal Color Riche lipstick  Carmin St Germain, Red Passion, & Cocoricco cover lip pigmentation evenly.

Staying Power – L’Oreal Color Riche lipsticks stay on for good 5+ hours on me, Cocoricco stays on for a little longer than that.

Overall Thoughts

I am so in love with L’Oreal Color Riche lipstick  Carmin St Germain, Red Passion, Perfect Red, Cocoricco . These lipsticks have buttery smooth formula and beautiful finish. Staying Power & pigmentation is also great. I am planning to get neutral or berry toned shades from this range soon.
