The Product

Lancome Blanc Expert Derm Crystal Activating Essence comes in a glass bottle with a glass dropper in the cap. Serum is clear in color and gets absorbed in seconds into the skin. It moisturises the skin and keeps it soft and hydrated. I have used this essence for over 3 months and this is what I have observed.My Experience-

I bought Lancome Blanc Expert Derm Crystal Activating Essence before the Uneven skintone treatment. I had tanned and uneven skintone around mouth and forehead. Lancome Blanc Expert range comes with 8 products. The whole range is really pricey so I decided to buy only the essence which was also quite expensive, though SA kept on insisting me to buy Blanc Expert Melanolyser too to get maximum results.

I used two drops of essence twice a day before moisturising and after cleansing my face. After using it for a month I definitely saw some improvement in my complexion. It evened it out a bit however I realized that such products show faster results only when the whole range is used together.

After using it for 1.6 months I decided to visit a dermatologist and get my uneven skin checked. I have posted about my experience and results HERE and HERE. I found out that visiting a dermatologist is way cheaper and yields faster results than trying out such expensive lotions and potions.

Lancome Blanc Expert Derm Crystal Activating Essence isn’t a failed product, however it didn’t work the way I expected. Buying whole range would definitely had shown better and fast results. This serum didn’t work alone.

I might not spend money on products that claim to brighten and even out skintone, however I will definitely invest in a good anti-aging product 🙂
