Two things that I have observed in ageing skin is lack of moisture & dullness. I am 30+ and my already dry skin started acting crazy with the onset of winters. It was extremely dry and flaky. I changed the routine a bit and it seemed like nothing was helping much. I thought of changing the cleanser (which came to my mind quite late) and it worked. Jeunesse Luminesce Youth Restoring Cleanser comes in a tube with quite a unique mechanism. At first I thought it has this regular metallic cap that will come off and then the product will be dispensed by squeezing the tube, however the cap doesn’t come off. You have to twist it anti clockwise and it makes a click sound, then squeeze the tube and the cleanser comes out of the hole on the top of the cap. To close the cap, just twist it clockwise until it makes a click sound.
The cleanser is a clear gel formula. It doesn’t have any scent to it. As per the directions I wet my face first and then massage the cleanser for 30 seconds. I take twice a pea size amount on my fingers and rub my face in circular motions. The gel lathers up quite nicely and cleans up the skin. I use it twice daily (morning & night). The cleanser also takes off non water proof makeup quite nicely. 
Best part is that after using Jeunesse Luminesce Youth Restoring Cleanser my skin doesn’t feel tight or dry. Infact it feels clean & supple. For my dry skin this has come as a blessing for sure.

Overall Thoughts
Jeunesse Luminesce Youth Restoring Cleanser is indeed a gentle cleaner that doesn’t make skin dry or itchy. It definitely on the pricier side but should last you a long time since little goes a long way.
