Inglot Full Metal Eyebrow Pencil – Rs 845, available at majorbrands.in & inglot outletsOn my last visit to Inglot Store I showed my sparse and almost absent eyebrows to the SA and asked her to suggest me a good eyebrow pencil, that shouldn’t look streaky or make my brows look too made up. She demonstrated Inglot Full Metal Eyebrow Pencil on one of my eyebrows and I was surprised to see how lifted and arched my eyebrows looked ! As per her shade 515 suited me the best. Inglot Full metal eyebrow pencil comes in 5 shades. 

Packaging – As the name suggests it comes in a metal retractable packaging with eyebrow brush at one end. Packaging definitely looks classy, but little heavy !

Shade – 515 is a deep taupe color. Its a tad light for my eyebrows which I realized later.

Texture & Formula – Inglot Full Metal Eyebrow Pencil is a mix of brow color and wax. It goes on smoothly, wax doesn’t look gloppy or shiny. It lifts up my eyebrows and keeps them that way for 7+ hours. I love how my eyebrows look most natural yet arched and somewhat thick. Pigmentation – I have to sweep the crayon  number of times to fill my brows still the shade doesn’t show up much.

My Experience

I am trying to make it work. I wear it on its own while going out casually however like i mentioned before that sometimes I have to fill up my eyebrows with matte brown/ black powder to make them more visible. I am not a fan of overly dramatic eyebrows even if i use black eyeshadow, i use it sparingly. I guess there is a black shade available too, I don’t understand why that SA didn’t show me that one. 

Negatives –

‘Shade’ its way too light ! I am fine to wear it when I want to have most natural looking groomed eyebrows but whenever I have to make my eyebrows fuller/ thicker, a matte shadow has to be used to fill in the spaces/ gaps.

Price – Whoa Rs 845 for such a little quantity ! and the way i have to keep rubbing it back and forth to fill my brows, i am afraid it wouldn’t last much longer.

Overall Thoughts

Inglot Full Metal Eyebrow Pencil can be good for those with thick unruly eyebrows and who want a product to tame them and keep in place. Formula doesn’t make eyebrows shine like the brow waxes do. Though I wouldn’t recommend it to girls with sparse eyebrows like me since this shade in particular wouldn’t be much helpful. Price and shade selection is another setback.
