I love buying brow products and have collected a lot of them over the years. Freedom Professional is a new brand to me but the quality of the products is quite impressive. I saw Freedom Duo Brow Powder and couldn’t stop myself from buying it since it looked very similar to Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Duo but at half the price. Unfortunately there was only one shade available , I crossed my fingers and picked it 🙂

Freedom Duo Brow Powder comes in a round compact with a mirror inside. The compact is sleek and has a matte finish to it.. I was quite impressed with the chic look of the compact !

Shade – I picked Freedom Duo Brow Powder in Taupe. Which is a cool toned shade and perfect for achieving natural look. The brow cake is divided into two shades one is lighter than other. I was apprehensive that it wouldn’t show up on me, however the shade gives just the right amount of color to my brows and is perfect for everyday. I never use a black brow powder/ product for my brows since it looks unnatural and there is a lot of room for errors with that shade.

Texture & Formula – Despite of being a powder product it doesn’t fly away when you pick it with a brush. It has a smooth creamy texture which is fun to apply and blend. I take a slanted tip / angled brush and apply it on my brows. The color is slightly light for my dark brows hence I have to go back twice or thrice to fill the spaces. This shade would be more suitable for those with fairer complexion. What I love about it the most is how it fills them without looking too dramatic or filled up. It is a perfect product for those who are working and looking for a good brow powder that doesn’t make their eyebrows theatre artists like.

Pigmentation & Coverage – The Freedom Duo Brow Powder is quite pigmented and fills the eye brows nicely. Like I have mentioned above, the shade is slightly light for me , hence I need to layer it up.

Staying Power – Well it wins here. I can see it on me even after 7+ hours which is commendable ! It needs a makeup remover to go away completely.

Only downside is unavailability of more shades + limited availability of the product online.

Overall Thoughts

Another stunner from the Freedom Makeup. Freedom Duo Brow Powder is perfect for everyday natural filling of brows when you want them to look defined but not dramatically filled. I love the texture & ease of the product , it applies easily without being powdery and stays on for a long time. Only gripe is the unavailability of shades, which I am sure the brand is working on.
