Shade – ELF St. Lucia Blush & Bronzing Powder comes with one blush and one bronzer. Both of them have fine shimmers. Blush is a pale pink powder and bronzer is a medium brown color. I thought that the blush might not show up on me, but it gives a very natural flushed look. 
Texture & Formula – ELF St. Lucia Blush & Bronzing Powder isn’t very silky buttery smooth but not gritty at the same time. Both blush and bronzer have shimmers but that isn’t over powering, infact once applied those shimmers gives a nice glow to cheeks. This duo would show up better on fair to medium skin tones. I guess at this price this is the best product you can get !
Pigmentation – ELF St. Lucia Blush & Bronzing Powder is quite pigmented. Colors are subtle but they show up without layering. I specially liked the bronzer as it worked very well for contouring cheeks despite of shimmery texture.
Staying power – ELF St. Lucia Blush & Bronzing Powder has average staying power. Since the blush is pretty light it stops showing up after 3 hours however bronzer can still be seen after 4-5 hours of wear. I love how the blush gives a beautiful sheen to cheeks without looking glittery !
That’s how it looks on me , camera fails to show blush on me !
Overall Thoughts
ELF has always impressed me with its super affordable range of products , without compromising much on quality. ELF St. Lucia Blush & Bronzing Powder is a nice palette to have if you have fair to medium complexion. This palette is good for daily wear as shades are pretty subtle. Only downside is availability and also the palette is not magnetic so pans tend to fell down if not handled carefully.
