Ever since I saw these new Colorbar Cheek illusion Blushes I wanted to try them. I picked Pink Pinch during one of my visits to store. Packaging is pretty simple and colorbar is engraved on the pan/ blush. I like the new packaging , it looks classy.
Shade – Colorbar Pink Pinch is a beautiful candy pink shade. I really like such shades as they give illusion of healthy fresh look. This shade would look good on fair and medium skin tones, I am not sure if it would show up well on deeper complexions or not.
Texture and Formula – Texture of Colorbar Pink Pinch Cheek illusion Blush is soft. It applies and blends evenly. There is presence of silver shimmer in the formula, but it doesn’t show up much after application. I like such colors and find them safe to wear when I am in hurry, it looks natural and flattering on me. I use single swipe of the color and that’s enough for me.
Pigmentation – I find Colorbar Pink Pinch a bit sheer. Medium to dusky beauties have to layer it up. However this is why I call it safe, very less chances to go overboard. 
Staying Power – Colorbar Pink Pinch stays on for good 5-6 hours on me and starts fading afterwards. So I would call it average staying power.
This is how this color looks on me. I have layered Colorbar Pink Pinch twice since the color wasn’t showing up well in pictures.
Overall Thoughts
Colorbar Pink Pinch is a beautiful candy pink blush that would compliment fair to medium skintones. Formula is soft and blends well. It has some shimmer present but that doesn’t show up much and one can still wear it during the day. I guess most of the shades have shimmers. Unlike previous blushes this one doesn’t come with a brush applicator. Only downside is price but I don’t find it a hurdle since everything about this blush is good ! Formula is dermatologically tested so it wouldn’t cause any trouble to sensitive skin.
