Remarkably silky texture ensures easy application of seamless colour. Applied high on the cheekbone, or near the eyes, it instantly ‘lifts’ and softens the face for a more youthful look.”

Shade – Chanel Powder Blush Malice is a beautiful Coral-Pink shade. I told Chanel MUA that I want a wearable shade that doesn’t need too much effort to work with and can be worn any time. She instantly took out Malice and swatched it on my hand. It was love at first sight for me. Malice is such a warm shade, looks so effortlessly beautiful. Malice would suit all skin tones and would look absolutely stunning on Medium to Deeper complexions. Chanel Powder Blush Malice review swatches photos (5)Chanel Powder Blush Malice review swatches photos (6)Texture & Formula – Chanel Powder Blush Malice has a satiny texture. It has fine golden shimmers in it but they just blend and makes the blush look more like a satiny sheen on skin. Formula is smooth, applies and blends effortlessly. The brush that comes with the blush is of no use so I use Real Techniques Blush brush and sweep it gently. One stroke is enough to give right amount of color. Make sure to start with less amount since this blush is pretty pigmented.

Pigmentation – Chanel Powder Blush Malice is superbly pigmented. I believe in building up the color. I wear it sheer during the day and build up a bit for night outs. Chanel Powder Blush Malice review swatches photos

Staying Power- I have worn Chanel Powder Blush Malice both with and without foundation underneath. On bare skin formula stays on for good 6 hours and with foundation it stays on for good 8+ hours. It doesn’t go uneven or patchy through out the day !

Overall Thoughts

Chanel Powder Blush Malice is a must have for medium to deeper complexions. This shade would look good on fair skin tones however due to immensely pigmented formula they have to be really careful while applying. Formula is soft and blendable. It has fine shimmers that give sheen to it once applied. Its a perfect blend of Coral & Pink for me !
