Being a lover of Red Lipsticks I have hoarded reds from all over the world ,.. well not all over the world but from wherever I could get the best ones. I have this Bite Beauty Pomegranate High Pigment Lip Pencil for couple of months now and I wear it off and on.

Packaging – Bite Beauty High Pigment lip pencils come in retractable chunky crayon packaging. It is very convenient to use and travel with. The twist up bottom has the crayon colored label, which makes life easier if you have more than one of these lip pencils in the stash.

Shade – Pomegranate is described as a rich red, which is absolutely true. It has blue undertones and works perfectly well as a stain  as well because of its excellent pigmentation.

Texture & Formula – Bite Beauty Pomegranate is very buttery smooth and has a nice creamy texture to it. The formula glides on effortlessly and doesn’t accentuate lip dryness. I find it quite moisturizing and formula doesn’t settle in the lip lines. I always make sure to line my lips otherwise it tends to move outside lips because of its buttery texture.

Pigmentation – Rich color payoff in just one stroke. The shade easily covers lip pigmentation or discolouration immediately.

Staying Power – The color stays on for good 5-6 hours on me and leaves a slight tint behind. Because of its super creamy texture I wasn’t expecting this good staying power.

Bite Beauty products are made without parabens, sulfates and phthalates. These lip products are made from lip nurturing food-grade ingredients that are healthy enough to eat ! Whoa that’s interesting ..

Only downside is that Bite Beauty products are not available in India.

Overall Thoughts

If you have access to Bite Beauty then , Bite Beauty Pomegranate High Pigment Lip Pencil is a must try. The formula is luxurious with excellent pigmentation. I would love to have more of these in my collection for sure.
