This rich-feeling, firming cream is blended with pure wheat germ, sunflower and almond oils, vitamins A, B, C, D, E and extracts of carrot and galangal to moisturize and strengthen skin for a more vital, resilient, younger appearance.

For someone with extremely dry skin, winters can be a bit too harsh. I had to layer up different moisturizers to prevent my skin from looking parched and wrinkly. And then I received Bio Wheat Germ Night Cream, which is rich and moisturizing. My dry skin is acne prone and I can’t put rich creams, however after using this one for good 3 weeks I can say that it didn’t disappoint me. 

I used to apply it after thoroughly cleansing and toning my face. A pea size amount of Bio Wheat Germ is more than enough to cover your face and neck. Formula is thick and feels bit heavy. The shine it leaves behind takes some time to subside, however it works fabulously on my dry skin and made it smoother.

The rich texture can also be good for aging skin since moisture if the first thing it starts loosing. However if you have oily skin and you aren’t comfortable with heavy creams, using a pea size amount of this cream would be helpful. I have acne prone skin and this product has never broken me out.

The product can be a great substitute for hand cream since its rich and very moisturizing.

Overall Thoughts

Biotique Bio Wheat Germ Night Cream is a rich moisturizing cream which immediately moisturizes and restore dehydrated dry skin. Formula is quite heavy and hence leaves an oily residue behind, so its advisable to wipe off the excess to avoid breakouts. I will surely repurchase it during winters however for summers I find it a bit too heavy.
