Exfoliating is a part of my skincare regime. I make sure to gently exfoliate my face twice a week, with a nice non-abrasive face scrub. I have been using Alba Botanica Natural Hawaiian Facial Scrub for over 2 months now once a week and thought now is the right time to share my experience.

Alba Botanica Natural Hawaiian Facial Scrub has gentle round beads that gently exfoliate skin’s surface, pineapple enzymes expedite the process by dissolving dead cells. I use it after cleansing my face, twice a pea size amount is more than enough. I gently rub my face with it for a minute and then leave it on as a mask for another minute. After it I was it off with lukewarm water.

My face definitely looks fresh and clean with no signs of flaky skin after each use. It makes my skin slightly smooth and glowing.

Only downside is availability and also price for some. Alba Botanica products are 100% Vegetarian. No: Animal Testing, Artificial Colors, Parabens, Phthalates, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or Sodium Myreth Sulfate

Overall Thoughts

I really like scrubs that have enzymes and are gentle on skin. Alba Botanica Natural Hawaiian Facial Scrub works wonderfully as a scrub and makes skin smoother and glowy. A little goes a long way and this one tube will last at least 2 months. I like the fact that Alba Botanica products are free from harmful chemicals. I will definitely repurchase it.
