VLCC De-Pigmentation Serum (Rs 400 for 40 ml)
I was looking for a serum for my sensitive, tanned and acne prone skin this summers. I thought serum or gel like consistency would work better in Delhi’s humid summers. After trying so many products, I finally purchased this de-pigmentation serum from VLCC and I have been using it from last three months without any breakout which is a very good thing for people like me who have oily and acne prone skin.
What Company says:
“This De-pigmentsation serum is a non-oily formulation, gets absorbed through the skin and increase the rate of skin turnover, and gives a more youthful appearance. It moisturises, protects and stimulates cell generation, resulting in even skin tone and reduction in the appearance of fine lines.”
Packaging: It comes in a very simple and light weight sky blue and white colored cylindrical bottle with a pump and two caps. One cap is for the bottle and one for the pump. All the instructions are there on the bottle.
Texture & Formula : It has a very light and gel-cream like consistency which is perfect for summers. It is not at all heavy or oily on skin.
Direction for use: Apply the serum two times a day on the whole face and neck area, message gently till it get absorbed.

My Experience
VLCC De-Pigmentation Serum is so light & non-oily and gets absorbed into my skin quickly. It has a mild fragrance which is very refreshing for summers. It has faded my 50 percent of small acne marks. I apply it after applying my toner twice daily, once in the morning and once in the night. Also, it has given a nice glow to my face and most importantly it did not break me out like other heavy creams and moisturizer. If you have a dry skin, then you would need to apply moisturizer on top of it. So overall it is nice product in this range for oily and acne prone skin like me for daily use. I think I will continue using it before I get a better product than this.
