We all love a good sheet mask. It is less messy and easy to apply then a regular mask. I have tried a number of sheet masks and koreans are known for their innovative approach. They have the best and effective skincare products. I love using a cold sheet mask , watch Tv and let the serum sink into the skin. I have been using THELAVICOS Nutrition Hydro Gel Mask for two weeks now and thought of sharing my experience with you all.
THELAVICOS Nutrition Hydro Gel Mask comes in a card board box with 5 sheet masks inside. The mask has anti ageing and whitening benefits. And this is not like regular sheet masks that we use. The mask has a gel / jelly like texture. It is divided into two parts, one for the above the nose & other below the nose.
I wouldn’t like but yes you will struggle a bit initially if you aren’t used to it. Both the parts are protected with separate white plastic sheets. You have to take out the parts, apply on the skin and then remove the white plastic film. The mask sticks to the skin instantly and feels really soothing.
THELAVICOS Nutrition Hydro Gel Mask can be applied by following the directions below –
- After cleansing & toner, apply the sheet on your face (The side with the transparent film should be used)
- Remove after 20-30 minutes and gently tap with your fingers to help absorb the remaining serum on your face.
- Use it two to three times a week
Since the weather is pretty hot, so I hardly need moisturizing mask. But this one can be used all year around. After each use my skin feels softer, nourished and firmer. However I haven’t observed any whitening effects, it hasn’t really worked on the blemishes as well.
I use this mask twice a week. The serum sinks into the skin after a bit massaging and doesn’t cause any irritation. I have acne / breakout prone skin and it hasn’t caused any issues.

Overall Thoughts
If you love a good sheet mask that firms, soothes and hydrates the skin then do try THELAVICOS Nutrition Hydro Gel Mask. These are a bit on the expensive side (around 2,000 INR for 5 sheets). Also I find these gel masks easy to carry & apply on the go. The serum gets absorbed into the skin with a little massaging and you can see immediate soft & supple skin.
