Street Wear Color Rich Lipstick (Rs 180) available at Revlon Counters
Do you like cute packagings? Oh I was never a person who bought products just because of the packaging but of late I have picked couple of products purely because of their cute or fancy appearance.
Some months ago I went to Revlon Headquarters and their team gave us a chance to look at upcoming revamped street wear makeup range. I really liked the packaging as it works well for their target customers (Teenagers/ college going girls). I tried to check Street Wear’s new range online but there was no news of it until last week, when I spotted these cutesy looking things at Revlon Counter. I have already reviewed Street Wear Color Rich Lip Glosses, and now its time for the 2 lipsticks that I picked along.
Street Wear Color Rich Lipstick comes in simple plastic packaging with pop-art alike sticker on the cap. Only downside is that the packaging is designed such a way that almost 1/4 inch of the lipstick is always exposed, so when you put the lid back on, be careful as you might damage the bullet.
Shades – Street Wear Color Rich Lipstick is available in 8 shades, there are some really bright and some subdued shades. I am glad that shade range works for everyone. I picked two shades – Ruby Dazzle & PS I am Sexy
Ruby Dazzle – No its not a ruby red lipstick, Street Wear Color Rich Lipstick Ruby Dazzle is a pretty brown-red shade. When I swatched the color on my hand, it looked really pretty, I mean not a typical brown. Its a perfect shade for everyday and would compliment medium to deeper complexions.
PS I Am Sexy – My Feet automatically lead me to any Plum Pink lipstick available in the store, so I had to pick this shade. Its a simple plum-pink shade. Its a perfect shade for everyday wear and would complement all skin tones specially medium to deeper. 
Left Ruby Dazzle , Right PS I Am Sexy
Texture & Formula – Street Wear Color Rich Lipstick has a nice smooth formula, though not very buttery or creamy. None of the shades have any glitter or shimmer. Both the shades glide on smoothly and feels moisturizing. Despite of being moisturizing it doesn’t bleed out and stays put for long hours. Finish is creamy matte and both the shades leave a tint behind.
Pigmentation – Both the shades are nicely pigmented however Street Wear Color Rich Lipstick PS I am sexy provides full coverage where Ruby Dazzle provides medium-full coverage.
Staying Power – Street Wear Color Rich Lipstick has a good staying power. Both the shades stay on for good 4+ hours and leave stain behind.
Overall Thoughts
I am really impressed with new Street Wear Color Rich Lipstick. You get number of shades to choose from. Price, Formula, Pigmentation, packaging everything is amazing. At this price this is the best you can get !
