Sleek Makeup Life’s a Peach Blush (5.99 $ for 8gm) available at Sleek MakeupSleek blush flushedSleek Makeup Life’s a Peach Blush (2)Shade – Sleek Makeup Life’s a Peach Blush is a gorgeous melange of orange with peach. It looks stunning on all skin tones. The blush is sans any shimmer or sheen, it is totally matte.

Packaging – Sleek powder blushes are encased in a small rectangular sleek matte black packaging. The packaging is cute, easy to store and travel with but it isn’t travel friendly and prone to breakage. The shade name is provided at the back and no indication is there in front to look out for a particular shade in case you have more than one making them a bit inconvenient to store in vanity. A mirror is placed at one side of the blush packaging which is really helpful in emergenciesSleek Makeup Life’s a Peach Blush (3)Texture & Formula – The texture of the blush is soft but not very finely milled as compared to other blushes that I own. I have always felt sleek blushes texture to be very buttery and creamy but this one is slight powdery. It has minor fallout when the brush is swirled over it. The formula is matte and slightly dry. However, it is easy to blend and gels well with other products also. It doesn’t clog pores and woks well on my combination/oily skin.

Pigmentation – I won’t call Sleek Makeup Life’s a Peach Blush a highly pigmented shade but it is decently pigmented and buildable to desirable amount. One swipe imparts sheer shade which can be further built up with 2 more layers. Since, this is a matte blush and comes out sheer, it can be a great shade to be worn to office.Sleek Makeup Life’s a Peach Blush (1)

Staying Power – Staying Power isn’t very high. It stays for about 4-5 hours on me after which it starts fading.

Overall Thoughts

I love Sleek Makeup Life’s a Peach Blush and the fact that it isn’t heavily pigmented as I like layering my blushes. But the texture is slightly dry for me and feels hard. The staying power is also low. It is compact and easy to store but the major con is limited availability.

Life’s a peach is such a shade that will suit all skin tones as it is on warmer side.It is a great shade for spring. It gives a natural look to face.

Overall, I wont call this is a must have shade in kitty but those who like peaches and coral can definitely give this a try.
