By now you would have realised how much I love Sephora Crayon Jumbo Liners, as two shades Kaki & Purple Glitter have already been reviewed. These can be a good substitute to NYX Jumbo Pencils, however price difference is substantial.

I assumed that there are only 5-6 shades available but last time when I visited the store I saw almost 10 shades, which is a good news ! I didn’t want to buy Black, Bronze or White so chose purple, Blue, Kaki and a glitter purple shade. Shade I am reviewing today is Marine. Sephora Crayon Jumbo Liner comes in a pencil/ crayon form that needs to be sharpened.

Shade – Sephora Marine Crayon Jumbo Liner is a beautiful Blue with some hint of grey. I don’t have a nice blue eyeshadow (which is strange) and this color was an instant hit. I like the shade on its own, however this color can work nicely under powder eyeshadows. Its a perfect blue if you love doing smokey eye makeup.Sephora Marine Crayon Jumbo LinerTexture & Formula – Like all the previous Sephora Crayon Jumbo Liner, Marine also has soft smooth silky texture. It glides on smoothly. Formula has metallic finish, the finish I always prefer since such cream eyeshadows/ liner can be worn on their own. In the above pictures I have worn it without any primer or eyeshadow on top. Color is beautiful, blends nicely and will suit all complexions. I have used Sephora Crayon Jumbo Liner Marine as an eyeliner also and it works very well.

Pigmentation – The swatch shown on my wrist above is single swipe of Sephora Marine Crayon Jumbo Liner . Opaque color is one/two swipes.

Staying Power – I haven’t worn Sephora Marine Crayon Jumbo Liner for 12 Hr to check the claim made by the brand, but it does stay on for good 6-7 hours without creasing, however I have observed some fading after 6 hours.

Overall Thoughts

I am really looking forward to collect more shades and hoping that Sephora will come up with some value packs (I saw some when Sephora was just opened). Sephora Marine Crayon Jumbo Liner is a beautiful Blue shade that works nicely both as an eyeliner or eyeshadow. Pigmentation and staying power are impressive.
