Thousands of brands/ boxes have come and disappeared leaving a bitter aftertaste in the mouths of their customers.
I have been subscribed to vellvette box since october 2012. Initially i admired their super fast customer service + how well they kept me informed about my box’s dispatch and delivery. When few months passed by, with the increase in customer base their customer service started to suck!
I always hated when the box used to reach at the end of each month but got accustomed to it. It was last month when the box reached me with a surprise, I had already paid for 3 months subscription in Jan and the delivery boy was asking me to pay 1200 Rs again, I had to send it back and wrote a mail to the customer service same day (26th Feb).
Next day (27th Feb) I received a mail from them saying that there was a goof up at their end and they will get the box redelivered soon !
There was no sign of the box till 7th March , I wrote back to them expressing my disappointment ! Again I didn’t hear from them and wrote back on 10th March asking them to refund my money !
No response again!!
On 10th March they replied back saying the package was lost during transition and thus could not get delivered ! Whoa! They asked me whether i want refund or box. I asked them to resend the box..
I didn’t hear from them til 18th March neither my box was delivered. I wrote another mail + I had to go to their FB page and write a stern and harsh message on their wall asking them to refund the money and how pathetic their customer serice is. After so many efforts their executive replied back saying “we ran out of stock for one of the products originally allocated to you and hence we couldn’t ship it out last week.” OMG
It was none of my business also had they informed me earlier/ in advance I wouldn’t have written or bothered so much ! This shows how pathetic their customer service is and how carelessly or poorly they treat their existing customers !
I am not at all interested or excited to see what’s in the box .. I am surely not renewing my subscription with them !
Hello Vellvette Box before asking new customers to join you at least learn to treat existing customers well. Its mandatory rule to survive service industry !
