There comes a time when I get addicted to nail paints and change them everyday. That definitely causes damage to my nails, they start looking brittle and weak, also very soft & fragile. So when I saw Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Hard As Wraps at Parcos the other day, I picked it up since details on the back of the outer box were quite interesting.
The Product
Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Hard As Wraps comes in a blue glass bottle with a brush applicator. Formula is color less/ clear and quite thick. I use one coat of it as a base coat and let it dry for sometime. Then I apply my favorite nail paint on the top. 
My Experience
Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Hard As Wraps is quite thick and takes some time to dry. For girls who have very soft nails that tend to break easily, this formula will definitely be beneficial. It makes my nails hard and stiff, and keeps them from chipping for a good time. However thick texture can be unpleasant for some. The formula makes nail shiny.
Only negative point if availability, as I couldn’t find this product anywhere online (on any Indian shopping site)
Overall, Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Hard As Wraps has worked for me and has done what it claims.

My nails chip sooo badly that i bought all the 3 nail treatments by Sally Hansen I found at Parcos! I haven’t started using this yet so I’m better start right away since this worked fr u 🙂

Nice product. But I hardly grow my nails, neither do they chip off easily. Guess it won’t be of much use to me.

Oh, I too keep nails short most of the times
