Moisturising Long Lasting Lip Colour ALLURING COLOUR, TENDER LIPS… So Kissable!
Long lasting Vibrant Colour AND Moisturising Power in the same breath in the easiest gesture ever. So Vibrant… So Light… for lips good enough to eat!

I have previously reviewed The Redder The Better shade, which is a beautiful warm toned red.

Shade – The shade I am reviewing today is Rimmel London Colour Rush Balm “Rumour has it”. Its a beautiful deep fuchsia color with no hint of shimmers. It looks absolutely beautiful whether you wear it sheer or build up the color. Color is so beautiful that it instantly brightens up your face. Color is pretty close to Revlon Just Bittem Balm Stain Smitten, but with better pigmentation and less slippery formula.

Texture & Formula – Unlike other lip crayons in the market, Rimmel London Colour Rush Balm has a thicker more balmy consistency. Formula is buttery smooth and glides on easily. It keeps lips moisturized as long as its on. Texture is balmy and finish is glossy. Rimmel London Colour Rush Balm is less slippery and that makes it my preferred formula of the lot. Lips feel dry once the balm wears off.

Pigmentation – Rumour has it is very pigmented. One swipe evens out lips, I apply two or three to get full coverage/ opacity. Due to its thicker, more saturated formula its buildable and covers lip pigmentation completely.

Staying Power – Like other lip balm stains , Rimmel London Colour Rush Balm stays on for good 3-4 hours, wearing off and leaving a strong stain after sometime. Stain stays on for fan hour or so.

Overall Thoughts

By far Rimmel London Colour Rush Balm is my favorite lip balm stain. Its pigmented and provides opaque coverage in 2-3 swipes. Formula is balmy and keeps lips moisturized throughout the wear. Only downside apart from availability is that once balmy formula wears off lips start feeling dry. I will highly recommend Rimmel London Colour Rush Balm.
