You can find a mix of matte and glitter formula. These come in retractable packaging with a smudger and sharpener attached to its end, that means you wouldn’t have to deal with blunt tip. 

Texture of this eye liner is not buttery smooth, but smooth enough to glide on easily without breaking the tip or tugging. Its a matte shade and shows up pretty well on my mildly pigmented eye lids. Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof eye definer deep wine (1)Smudger attached to the end helps in creating soft smoky effect. The formula blends/ smudges really easily if you smudge it immediately after application. Once its set, stays on for good 6-7 hours without moving.

I didn’t find it extremely pigmented or pigmented well enough to carry out smoky look. I liked the packaging and the fact that it comes with smudger and sharpener, that makes it travel friendly. I don’t find it at par when compared with faces & Colorbar eye liners. They are pretty smooth and buttery and Rimmel one is a bit on the drier side.

A beautiful shade and a nice change from regular black and brown. The shade is deep enough to show up. Formula is good but not excellent enough to explore other shades from the range. Only thing that stood out was the packaging that includes a sharpener and smudger.
