I wouldn’t go into too much details as this product in various shades has already been reviewed on this blog. I wanted a long wearing staining lip product and hence Revlon Smitten Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain came into my mind. Retractable packaging is something I always prefer !

Shade – Revlon Smitten Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain is a deep fuchsia pink color, deep enough to even out lips to an extent. I had Lovesick from this range and that’s quite bright to be worn everywhere, I was looking for a sober shade and zeroed on Smitten. It appears very deep almost maroon, when you look at the tip.

Formula is not the most moisturizing one but it feels comfortable unless you eat or drink something, after the balmy glossiness is gone, your lips will start feeling a little dry. I keep a lip balm handy and apply on it.

Coverage is medium. My upper lip is pigmented so the color appears deeper on upper lip and slightly lighter on lower lip, no matter how many layers I apply. It stays on for good 5 hours on me including staining. I have always liked Revlon Balm stains for their staining abilities, because at the end of the day I am not left with bare lips. Overall Thoughts

Revlon Smitten Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain is a must have shade. Apply it sheer to get those natural pink lips and layer it up to deepen the stain. Formula does get drying one the balmy glossiness is gone but that can be controlled with a lip balm over the stain. I am thoroughly enjoying these Balm Stains and would highly recommend it to everyone !
