Shade – Revlon Photoready Concealer comes in 2 shades only – Light Medium & Medium Deep. I am not sure what’s the reason but they aren’t easy to find online, most of the times they remain out of stock. Shades are very limited so finding one that matches you will be very tricky. I have tried Medium Deep which will suit NC 40-44 skin tones (Medium) perfectly. Revlon Photoready concealer medium deep review (4)Texture & Formula – Revlon Photoready Concealer is very creamy and glides on easily. I blend it using my fingers and pat in gently in my skin. It blends into the skin in no time and covers my undereye darkness. Formula has tiny shimmer particles that give brightening effect, those shimmers aren’t noticeable unless you use flash photography. Texture is so buttery and creamy that it tends to settle in fine lines after sometime, so I always make sure to apply a loose powder on top. This concealer creases on eyelids.

Coverage –  I don’t have major dark circles, just some discoloration and this concealer hides them pretty well. Revlon Photoready Concealer provides medium coverage and doesn’t hide blemishes/ dark spots completely, so I think this may or may not cover deep dark circles or might turn ashy on them.Revlon Photoready concealer medium deep review (5)

In the above picture I have applied concealer on my right eye (left in the picture). In second picture I have applied loose powder over the concealer. Shimmers are pretty visible in 2nd photo which has been taken using flash.

Staying Power – On me Revlon Photoready Concealer stays on for good 5+ hours after that it starts fading.

Overall Thoughts

Revlon Photoready Concealer is a good product , easy to apply and blend and provides medium coverage. Formula is creamy and doesn’t feel dry or tugs to the skin , however setting it with a loose powder is highly recommended to avoid creasing. It has spf 20 which is a major positive point. Only downside is shade availability, only two shades aren’t sufficient and wouldn’t work for everyone.
